What world will we leave behind us? To whom do the Sun and the Earth, the air and the water, the plants and the animals belong? Do people belong to someone? Are we held responsible for the Nature’s well-being at all and by whom? If mankind disappears from the face of the Earth tomorrow, will the other creatures grieve? We all seek the answers to these questions even as we are prisoners of our civilization fed with consumer values. Photography could be one of the keys to this quest! No species has ever had such great power over nature as humans do now. Not only our future, but the future of all living creatures on Earth depends on us.
The main goal of the “Earth for All” contest is to stimulate the photographers to create works dedicated to Earth and preservation of nature. Thus, by the art of photography we hope to promote a new brave world of sustainable development and harmony between people and nature.
